Rapunzel

For my adaption essay, I would like to adapt Rapunzel into a modern story.

For my references in this essay, I have a wide variety of materials to choose from. Originally written by Friedrich Schule in 1790, the Brothers Grimm (Jakob and Wilhelm) adapted the story in a collection published in 1812 as part of Children's and Household Tales.

Various films have been made, most recently Tangled by Disney.
